What is AnonyID?

AnonyID is one account for the Anony Labs apps. Learn which apps use it and what they can see.

Contents

AnonyID is one account for the Anony Labs apps. You create it once and use it to sign in to AnonyChat and AnonyVPN. AnonyMail also signs in with AnonyID, but it is not open to everyone yet.

What you need

An AnonyID needs a private login username and a password. It does not ask for a phone number: not for sign-up and not for recovery. A recovery e-mail address is optional.

You must be 16 or older to create an AnonyID. AnonyChat is for adults only: you must be 18 or older to use it. If you are 16 or 17, you can use the other Anony Labs apps with your AnonyID.

What the apps receive

Your login username is private and is never shown in our apps. Each app gets its own ID for you, which other apps cannot link to.

Apps learn whether you are 18 or older, not your date of birth. AnonyChat also receives the date for your profile, which shows only your age.

Your account pages

Your AnonyID has its own site at account.anonylabs.com. There you find your apps and Settings, where you manage your password, two-step sign-in, recovery options, display name, language and sessions.
