Change or reset your AnonyID password

Your password belongs to your AnonyID. Change it, or get back in if you forgot it, at account.anonylabs.com.

Your password is your AnonyID password: it's the same for AnonyChat, AnonyVPN, AnonyMail and Anony Balance. You change or reset it at account.anonylabs.com, not in AnonyChat. In AnonyChat, Settings → Account under Sign-in & security links there with AnonyID settings.

Change your password

Open your AnonyID settings and change your password there. Changing your password also signs you out on your other devices.

Forgot your password?

Open Get back into your account, or select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. There are two ways back in:

  • a code sent to your confirmed recovery e-mail, or
  • your recovery code, together with your login username.

Keep a way back in

In your AnonyID settings you can add or change your recovery e-mail and make a new recovery code. Making a new code turns the old one off. There is no phone number, so without a confirmed recovery e-mail and without your recovery code there is no other way to prove the account is yours.
